To Domestic: 240 JPY per 1CD (JP Post Regular Mail)

To Overseas: 2500 JPY per 1CD (JP Post EMS (Express Mail Service))
- Takes 3-10 days from shipping to arrival in many areas.
- Takes more days to countries where EMS is not supported.

Due to the suspension of Japan Post's international airmail service, we will be changing our method of shipping products to EMS.
This will result in a price increase for overseas shipping, but will allow for faster delivery.
For orders placed before October 31, we will use the existing shipping rates.

Return Policy

返品および交換について
未開封・未開梱、かつ購入された商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、返品・交換には応じかねますのでご了承ください。
不良品が届いた場合には、お手数ですが、商品が不良品であることがわかる写真や詳細を添えて、到着から3日以内にメールで savethisutility　(at) gmail.com までご連絡ください。返品をお受けできる場合は、商品の返送先の住所を返信いたします。

誠に恐れ入りますが、返品の際の送料は、輸入税も含めてお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。送料、輸入税につきましてはご返金することができません。
お住まいの地域によっては、交換された商品が届くまでお時間がかかることがございますのでご了承ください。

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the package is unopened and unpacked and the item purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email within 3 days of receipt at [savethisutility 　(at) gmail.com] with photos and details showing that the item is defective. If we are able to accept the return, we will reply with the return address of the product.

Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including import taxes. Shipping charges and import taxes are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, it may take some time for you to receive the exchanged product.
